Anton Elistratov

Anton has extensive experience in Russian and international investment consulting, strategic management, corporate finance and M&A. He has delivered a number of projects to build the operational efficiency of companies in various industries, as well as corporate digital transformation projects. He has served on the Boards of Directors of major development companies.

In 2018, he was appointed Managing Director of Samolet Group along with a seat on the Board of Directors. In November 2019, Anton became CEO of the Group. Since his appointment, Samolet has been transformed from a construction company into a leading proptech development company in Russia with a focus on technology and service ecosystem development.

Under Anton’s leadership, the Company has increased the number of regions of its presence, significantly expanded its team, demonstrating multi-fold growth in Revenue, EBITDA and market capitalisation; and successfully weathered major crisis periods without slowing down growth, such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
